Oven safe frying pan

Hi all

I want to get an oven safe frying pan. Most of the ones I have seen say they are safe to 180 degrees. Is it worth getting one that is safe at a higher temperature and, if so, what do you suggest? Non-stick would be nice but not essential.

That Raymond Blanc pan looks ideal. Bit pricey but probably worth it. Unless anyone else comes up with something good for less looks like a future purchase. Cheers AcidHell
