over charging macbook

thats great that you dont have to worry about unplugging the charger as soon as it full, i like to charge my macbook when i go out so when i come home it will be fully charged.
i have calibrated my battery a few times.
edit: OMG, just downloaded coconut battery and here is what is says:
current charge is 37%
Current battery capacity 93%
age of mac 5 weeks!

i have 90% capacity after 3 months :s
though i have to admit im not charging it properly, sometime i charge it only for a little while then just take the charger out, sometimes i leave the charger in for too long. I really cant be asked to sit there and wait for the exact time when the orange light turns into green.
