Over clocking- no 1.4525v option in CPU voltage

As title there are plenty of other options but not the 1.4525v set by overclockers?

Im using a abit ip35 pro board can i set it to anything else and still be stable?

So if i knock it to the option just below or above it shouldn't make the world of difference?

just download a stability checking program/tester like prime 95 and run it to see if its stable, then after test it in a few day to day uses to see if its stable then. depending on what what cpu you are trying to overclock and what speed you are aiming for, stock volts may even be enough.
