Overall PC Diagnostics

I'm having a serious amount of varied troubles with my PC, but am having trouble finding decent if any diagnostics software for certain peripherals.

These are mainly CPU, PSU and mobo. HDD and RAM have been tested (and are fine).

Any recommendations to test the above would be great. Thanks in advance

use prime95 first, then intel burn test

intel burn in, prime 95, memtest85, ultimate boot cd, cpuTEST 0.2

hdd monitor, everest, hwmonitor.

PC passes on Memtest, Prime95, Intel Burn In and everything looks fine (from what I can tell) in HWMonitor.

And yet my PC still randomly freezes and I just got a machine_check_exception bsod. It's also running a lot slower than it should be. How can I find the problem?
