Overcclocking n00b. Help please.

Hey guys. I'm in a bit of a pickle at the moment.

I've had my PC for a few months now and I want to try overclocking. I've read through the sticky at the top but that's for older CPU's with unlocked multis I think. So it's no use to me.

I'm using an Asetek WaterChill kit which is cooling my CPU and GFX card.

Spec is in my sig just incase you need it.

Here's a few snaps of my BIOS screen just so I can tell what you're talking about.

Do I need to restart and run SuperPi each time I up the FSB? Or do you not bother?

Just been doing it. I can't seem to get past 2.3GHz

Do I need to adjust my Memory timings or anything?

It just won't boot and starts beeping.

At the moment I'm getting 29C.

FSB at 230
RAM at DDR200

I'll try more volts now.

I have GeIL 1GB Dual Channel Value RAM.

I can't see where the divider is in my BIOS.

Maybe I'm just being stupid.

Also which one is the HTT?
