Overclcoking help

Hello guys i been trying to overclock my system but it never seems to run stable and tbh im a overclocking noob have you guys and gals got any advice for me please

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770K CPU @ 3.50GHz
Asus SABERTOOTH Z77 board
GeIL EVO Veloce Hot-Rod Red 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 PC3-19200C11 2400MHz Dual Channel Kit (GEV316GB2400C11ADC)
GeForce GTX 980Ti
for cooling i am useing h100i

if you guys need more info please ask and i will provide

delid the cpu.

set 1.3-1.35v

bump up multipler to 42

boot, stress test 10 mins

reboot into bios

bump up multi to 44

boot, stress test 10 mins

reboot into bios

bump up multi to 45

boot, stress test 10 mins

repeat =1 on multi

then when it crashes go back down 1 on multi then stress test for longer.

if it passes then just do some normal things
