Just ran future mark for about an hour and here are the results...

gpu core clock : 860 Mhz
gpu memory clock : 1400 Mhz
gpu temptrture : 62 C
fan speed : 50 % (which i cannot hear at all )
gpu load : 99%
fan speed : 2140 rpm
VDDC current % OCD : 39.5 %
VDDC :10000v

This card is great compared to my old stock 8800 GT what i want to know is how to overclock it safely, test for stabilty , recomended max tempreture and set the fan speed manualy?.

Thanks.

I test the stability of mine with Furmark, and then gaming. You can set the fan speed manually in the CCC, just tick Enable ATI Overdrive, then tick Enable Manual Fan Control. That temperature is absolutely fantastic btw, modern GPU's don't shut down until they reach about 120c, so anything below 90 is good, below 70 is fantastic. I've got a 5770 Vapor-X too, and my temperatures are about 6deg higher than that, although I have an NZXT Hush case with foam noise dampening all through it, which causes temperatures to be higher but the pc to be virtually silent.

Yes mine shows all 800 too, I was a bit worried incase I had to flash it tbh. BTW I just overclocked the card to 950/1400, after an hour of Resident Evil 5, maxed out, it got to 54c :D

Anything is safe at stock volts, until it becomes unstable. With the temperature it runs at you can't really blow the card, it will just crash past it's maximum overclock. To find the Catalyst Control Centre, just right click either the ATI icon in your taskbar, or right click on the desktop screen and it will be at the top of the list. In the CCC the go to ATI Overdrive in the Graphics tab at the top. Click the little padlock icon at the top to enable overclocking and fan control.
