Overclock airsoft guns

Wouldn't it be cool if you could overclock an airsoft gun so that it performed better like you can with a computer? That would be neat!

Closest thing to an overclock would be a dual sector gear and a decent mosfet.

You can. Hack it with a stronger spring or is that air rifles, do air soft use springs or gas canisters?

Thats pretty much anything with a titan/polarstar in it.

Mate of mine modified one so it had to be charged with a scuba tank. I shot an Indian Myna with it and it went straight through the poor bird.

Seriously? Cant see how that'd last long in an airsoft gun, and i'm pretty sure anyone trying that at a site wont be playing there twice....

Sure you dont mean proper air rifles? Because even on those it's sketchy....

Yeah its a common enough redneck power boost for air rifles, similar to cut shells for shotguns and using an air rifle pellet and a .22 nail gun blank in rifles.

Airsoft guns are limited to their power anyway (because even airsofters arent crazy enough to try and kill their fellow man) and its easily possible to exceed those limits with existing technology so theres not any need for dieseling.

Springs in airsoft. Mine had uprated springs and tighter barrels which gave them a few extra FPS.
