It is do-able, but requires heavy modification, a bit of money, and is pointless for gaming as it would ruin the speed at which the game works.

I remember reading a post where someone added more memory to an Xbox. Think it was over at Xbox Scene Forums? Dunno if they'd have anything on overclocking though?
yes it is possible, but it has no benefits and it is illegal to modify your xbox to do so because it normally means you can download and copy off your own games too
Thing is why would you want to overclock what is basically a 733mhz celeron anyway?! It won't make it any faster
IIRC you can actually buy original xbox's with upgraded processors and graphics ram. I can't remember where I have seen them now but it would most likely be a banned link anyway.
I remember there were modded units floating around with replaced CPUs. There was a switch to flip between 733Mhz and 1.4Ghz. It made a difference in some games but went all dodgy in most others. It was a long time ago though.. a googling now showed nothing.
