Overclock BSOD

I have 6700K overclocked to 4.7GHz using 1.360V which has been stable for 5 months but recently I'm getting BSOD when playing games and the code is 0x124, is it a matter of jsut upping the voltage and not RAM memory issue?

how is the temp? It is possible that the chip is beginning to degrade.

I have NH-D15 cooler and temps never go beyond 60C while gaming.

let's try keeping the CPU clock at 4.7Ghz same voltage but run the ram at default clock and see if the problem still persists.

I have Corsair Vengeance RAM 16GB (2x8GB) 3000MHz running at that advertised speed using XMP.
