Overclock bundle worth it???

I am going to be building myself a new gaming system next week. I was going to go down the i7 route, but after reading a few posts and stuff it does not seem worth the extra cash

So the question I am not wondering is to go for the i5 over clocked bundle @ £515 or get the following

Intel Core i5 750 2.66GHz (Lynnfield) (Socket LGA1156) £159.99
Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD4 Intel P55 (Socket 1156) £154.99
Corsair XMS3 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz £104.99
CoolIT Eco A.L.C. High-Performance CPU Watercooler £54.99

£474.96

and overclock myself and save another £40

The only downside of the OC bundle is that the MB does not have USB3 or 6Gb/s SATA which might be nice to have

Been a while since I did any overclocking so thoughts and comments welcome please before I commit
