Overclock check and temps

just got my quad core and upped it to 3gig, 11x multi and 1094 fsb, just wondering if the yellow squares in nvidia monitor are anything to worry about ?
Screenshot taken just after running 3dmark.....are the temps ok too ?

I have a similar setup and get the same on the voltage warnings - I don't think it's anything to worry about mine has been very stable so far.

I'm not really sure what temperatures are good for a quad.

I'm currently set at:

CPU: 2930MHz/1172MHz 40C
GPU: 670MHz/1050MHz 57C

Last 3DMark06 I ran was 13035

cool, nice one. to be honest im pretty with the temps and speed.

Thats a pretty cool score you got there, might need to start on the gfx card !
