I just want to make sure im not killing anything or doing something i shouldnt be.

as im new to this.

What MB are u using?

Your idle temps are to high, what HSF are u using, put your rig in your sig makes it easier for everyone
 
i decreased the cpu voltage a bit, now its running the same speeds but at 1.36 with a c of 36 :), but that could be because its not as hot and muggy as what its been all weekend

i understand you can get better speeds by decreasing the cas latency and multiplyer ect.. but would this give me a massive boost in gaming?

CPC enabled? Its ment to be 1T mate.

Change CAS to 2.5, mem voltage to 2.8C CPU voltage to 1.45V, 180 (or 166) divider and start clocking!!
 
after reading the newb sticky iv made a lot of changes.
