Overclock E6600 temps

Overclocked my conroe E6600 from 2.4GHz to 3Ghz i increased the vcore a little notch to make it stable. The temps at full load testing in prime is 53 degrees for the cpu and about 28 degrees when idle. Is this a safe temp to be be using? Using a scythe ninja heatsink.

Those temps are fine, no need to worry.
