Overclock fail?

I bought a Titan Spinosaur system some time back. Just got the mobo replacement for the sata degradation issue. When I turned the Spino on, the words 'overclock failed', or words to that effect, flashed momentarily on the screen. When I rightclicked 'computer' then 'properties', the system processor speed is given as 3.30GHz. Is it the case that I only have 3.30GHz or is it the case that I still have my 4.6GHz overclock and that a program such as CPU-Z would prove this? (I don't have Internet access right now). Windows 7.

Thanks

Yes, get cpuz and put the system under some load to show its full working speed. However it does sound as if the OC has failed (low vcore I'd bet) and reverted back to stock.
