Hi, i have a E8400 its currently at 3.6Ghz, its fine at idle but when i run orthos after about 2 minutes its at 96 degrees which is just stupid. I have reseated the fan 3 or 4 times and there is no difference. So i thought i might as well get a new fan that can comfortably allow me to go over 4Ghz without reaching ridiculous temps, also is it worth lapping the cpu and cooler or is it just a waist of time? So can anyone recommend a decent fan.

Its a antec 900 and a P5Q Pro.
