What's decent starting point and end target for a reference design Sapphire 290?

Accellero Extreme 3 with full heat sink kit. Lost my Afterburner settings somehow...
 
1100MHz should be fairly trivial with a small voltage bump and the power target raised by 50%. 1150-1200MHz is where most seem to top out.
