My ( old ! ) 8800GTS 640mb can run at Ultra Superclocked speed on Water :

Also I just noticed, is that 3dmark score with the Q6600 at 3.7? If so I think its abit low, 650/2.2 with my E6600 @ 3.4Ghz I got 12476 or something around that with my GTS 640. I notice you are in vista so add a couple hundred points but seems low still.

Does flashing give higher speeds/more stability? I wouldn't have thought so, if it's overheating it's overheating. But maybe I'm thinking about it all wrong

Nope, it doesnt make it more stable, just saves time assing round with 3rd party software.

My GTX with stock cooler is happy 24/7 @ 620 core 1600 shader and 2050 memory.

Temps are 57 idle and 78ish load

You can always clock the ultra further.
