Alologies if this info can be found in another thread(s) all i want to do is see a list of all the setting in need to alter,

All the pics and googling are giving me a read EUFI screen but mine is blue and not sure if I have all of the same options..

I have an i5 4760K with Cooler master Nepton 120XL with 2 x 4 Gig 1600 Corsair LP Vengeance

Looking to get to 4.4

if anyone can link me please or just tell me what setting I need to change

Cheers

Okay, plenty of BIOS pics here, in blue indeed: http://www.eteknix.com/asus-z87-c-z87-motherboard-review/3/

So you want to enter Advanced Mode (F7 shortcut).

Then, in the AI Tweaker section, change CPU Core Ratio to 42, to begin with.

Scrolling down a bit, look for the CPU Core Voltage and change it to 1.25v. When you click that button you may see more options like Manual/Fixed, Adaptive (choose Adaptive for long-term usage but you're welcome to choose Manual/Fixed for now and stress testing). Also, you may see an option open up for "Additional Turbo Mode CPU Core Voltage". If so, that's where you input the 1.25v value. Without seeing the options opened up I can only guess but that's typically how Asus lay it out.

Then go to the Exit section, and Save and Exit.

That's it, you've done your first simple OC. Do a little stress testing, then change the CPU Core Ratio to 43, stress test, then 44 and stress test. Your cooler should cope alright with 1.25v. But do keep an eye on temps anyway.

I'd recommend Cinebench R15 and Asus Realbench for initial testing.

P.S. After that, if you find stability at 4.4GHz, you can either try lowering the voltage little by little (1.24, 1.23 etc) to see if it's still stable, or go for 4.5+ if possible.

Thanks Danny but I don't have some of them options...

Cant change CPU core ration until I choose Per core or synch all cores..

CPU core voltage I don't have an option to enter a number just auto manual etcc..

I have increased the 42 to 45 and left the voltage at 1.25 but I can see CPU Z is reporting it as higher... it does drop back to 1.25 but then goes up again

All looks good. Certain stress tests like Aida and Prime95 boost the voltage more when on Adaptive mode. When you game etc you'll find the voltage doesn't go up that much.
