Overclock Issue

Currently running an Asus X99 E-WS with a 5930K and 16 GB Dominator plats 2666Mhz. Has been running fine overclocked to 4.25 since march last year, however other night i booted and noticed 16Gb became 12GB checked Bios and Yep D1 no Ram present according to the bios

So i swapped chips around and still No D1, Removed the Overclock and D1 now present. put the clock back on and reboot No D1 Ram present, and its only ever D1

Any ideas ??
 
Tried using the xmp 2800 Profile which ups its to 1.35V as it usually sits on 2666 Profile and has been since march with no issues
