Had this board for 3weeks now and got it to 3Ghz on 1.3 V and Memory V @ 2.1.
The pc fails to load into windows if i try anything over 3.2,i manually set all the voltages half way from default and highest.
Temps are not an issue,idle 29.30.30.29 LOAD 51.50.51.52.
will get some screenshots of BIOS tomorrow morning as currently @ work.
 
Try these:

NB Voltage: 1.2v for FSB up to 400, 1.3v for 400-500 1.4v over 500 and no higher

VTT (FSB Termination): Needs to be higher than NB voltage but not by more than 1v
