Overclock potential E2180

Hey there,
Anybody got any insight as to how far I will be able to OC a E2180 on a Asrock conroe945g-DVI with 2.5gb DDR2-533 on air?

Also, could any reccomend me a decent cooler in order to do this, without spending more than £20?

I don't really know about how far you could overclocked using that mainboard, although from the memory i'm guessing you won't have much headroom if any. You'd probably have more success with some 667 or even better, some 800.
