Overclock problems :(

i currently have my 920 on a p6t-se, i can clock to 4ghz prime (8hrs) and IBT stable, but sometimes from cold boot the O/C fails then i have to restart at stock wuit and start at O/C values again...

Have tryed upping voltages but wether it boots or not just seems to be random.

Any ideas!

Sounds like a bug in the motherboard bios. The UD5 is the famous one for cold boot issues, but a couple of people are having problems with the Asus boards. Which bios version are you on?

mm not sure its the latest though, might try with an older one.

edit 0608 bios and theres a new one

well updated and it booted first time, i suppose i will have to wait and see.

problem solved....seems i can lower vcore, but temps are higher Crazyyy!!!
