I have the spec below in my sign but i can't seem to get a descent oc, i thought this memory would go way past 800 but if i set the fsb to say 380 and 2x multi for the mem the computer just keeps resetting and defaults back to factory setttings, the most i seem to get is 360fsb with 9x. The standard ddr2 volts on these boards are 1.8 is that correct? so i set in the bios 0.0400+ for the memory, 0.010+ for everything else and the cpu about 1.45.
Tried the mem at 4.4.4.12 and 5.5.5.15 and leave the pci-e at 100 fsb.

Any help as i'm pretty new to o'clocking?

I have that exact setup.

Clocked to 3.2GHz CPU
Clocked to 1000MHz ram.

CPU bus: 400
CPU Multiplyer: x8

Ram Divider: 2.5
VDIMM: 0.05

Should run solid as a rock.

The reason ( I think ) yours is not booting is because 380*9 is 3420MHz, which is a little high for stock voltage. Try the above.

i got pretty much same setup as you m8, just built it, also my first intel oc, but i using water.
me mem is at 2.2v 5-5-5-20 972mhz here or there
cpu at 1.48v 9x389
mem ratio 2.5.
thing is mine will not pass 400 fsb, no matter how i set it up (well seems like that) would have thought with water i should be able to get a lot more from it :|
temps all seem ok at what im runnin now (3,501mhz) i get 23c-24c idle, 47 at load (orthos).
