overclock ram 3600 mhz

Hello!
I have the following system:
GIGABYTE Intel 1151 Socket Z370 Chipset XP SLI D4 ATX
i7-8700k + dark rock for 4
Corsair Vengeance 3600 MHz CMK16GX4M2B3600C18
Corsair RM850X 850w gold

The problem is that I can not get the memories at the 3600 MHz frequency. Now I keep them at 3400 mhz.
In bios if I keep them on default xmp, it sets them to 3600 mhz but the system restarts in loop, I do not get into windows.
I'm not good at the manual overclock or processor settings.
Can you help me?

What voltage are you using for the memory?
I found I had to set mine manually to 1.36v for it to be stable.
Also had to set the timings manually.

Is anything else overclocked in your system?
