Overclock settings for E6400?

Hi I was wondering whether anybody who has an E6400/DS3/GeIL 2GB 800Mhz could send me there bios settings? I'm was hoping to run at 3Ghz (possibly 3.2Ghz?) all at stock volts so if anybody has this running I'd like to know what bios settings you run at.

Hi mate,

Using bios F4 set everything to auto/normal and just set the FSB to 400 should get 3.2 no probs on stock volts mine did Its just ahything higher im having probs with! Disable everything in the bit of the bios thats to do with thermal throttling etc.
