Overclock Settings

I Lost my overclock settings (overclockers did this when i bought PC)

I updated my BIOS as was having freezing troubles in game, i had took overclock off briefly but it made no difference, So i flashed the BIOS and forgot all about overclock, now everything is set default and i suck badly at overclocking.

Any help would appreicated as to to get it back again.

I've posted in the Customer Service Sub Board

I never knew it would void the warranty, never gave it thought. I suppose if they won't help, il give it ago myself, just never overclocked an i7 before.
