OK I've done my homework, but I just want to run it by you guys that I've not missed anything.
I'm overclocking an i5 2500k on a Z68 Ext4Gen3.
Obviously there are no set values that are guaranteed to work, I'm not new to OCing, I'm just new to sandybridge.
How do I stop the CPU from flicking between a low power 16x and normal 40x? I want to jsut have it OC'd to 4Ghz all the time

- Spread Spectrum off
- Base clock left at 100Mhz
- Ratio at 40x +
- Increase vCore as needed, probs aim for about 1.25v
- Memory voltage at 1.65 using XMP profile
- Load calibration at Level 3 or lower
- Max current at about 250mA
