Overclock using software utility or in BIOS?

Just finished setting new gaming pc - Gigabyte Z68, i5 2500K, Gelid cooler, 6950 2gb and was wondering what is the best way to beging overclocking. Gigabyte provide utility Easy Tune 6 which has 3 overclock settings, but i'm not sure whether it is better to manually overclock in BIOS.

So is it better to overclock using software or in BIOS?

Its better to oc in the bios but use the easy tune to get the settings you need to type in the BIOS
