Overclock ... Worth It ?

Overclocking RAM generally gives little benefit.

Depending on the memory dividers on your motherboard then the next step you can overclock the RAM to is probably 1600MHz, a 20% overclock.

Most value RAM probably won't overclock that amount without a lot of extra voltage or a significant loosening of the timings.

Not worth it in my opinion.

Also you don't have RAM operating in triple channel mode. You may have 3 sticks but that isn't triple channel.

FYI the processors used in that motherboard have a dual channel memory controller so with 3 sticks of RAM you're running 2 sticks in dual channel plus a stick in single channel or the whole lot may be running in single channel mode.
