Overclocked 3900x Clock no longer Static ( save me pulling out any more hair.. )

So my 3900x Sat beautifully at 4.3 1.318v, It's was always stable at 4.3 in Hwmonitor and cpuz, lately it's been sat at 4265-4271 doesn't hit 4300, and more alarming it's not static, please help....

Could be silicon degrading from the constant 1.318 volts ?

Ryzen is designed to drop and boost voltages, not run at fixed.

In the BIOS have you got Spread Spectrum enabled?

Thanks both, so i tried everything in bios ( even at stock it would down clock to 3750! I reformated :\ and it fixed it's self, Ah the wondeful world of windows....
