I purchases this overclocked bundle a couple of years ago from overclockers.

"ReFlex Gigabyte Z97" Intel Core i5 4690K @ 4.2GHz Configurable Gaming Bundle BU-001-OG

It has this ram. https://www.overclockers.co.uk/team...hannel-kit-tlyed38g1600hc9dc01-my-044-tg.html

I need a MATX system now. Could i get a MATX board and port the processor and ram and apply an overclock, what would be a suitable board?

Or is all that likely to cause problems and i would be be best to get a new overclocked bundle?

Overclocks are usally motherboard specific so you could get a matx motherboard but you would have to overclock yourself. I would make a copy of the bios settings and try to overclock.

Hi and welcome to the forums. :)

You are going to be stuck with whatever motherboards are left in stock and the choice isn't that great now. Saying that, just about any Z87/Z97 m-atx board should manage 4.2Ghz because that's just a light overclock. You should be looking at the greater potential of that 4690k and be aiming for 4.5-4.6Ghz.
