Overclocked Bundle help

Purchased this bundle a while back as a backup for my system:
Asus Z170 Pro Gaming/Aura - Binned Intel Core i7 6700K CPU & Motherboard Bundle.

I have only now only just installed the hardware in a new setup. The cpu I received has
4.9GHz @ 1.35v written on the box and I'm using a Corsair H150i AIO cooler.

My system will boot & run fine but if I run prime95 I'm having errors with one of the cpu cores but if I clock down to 4.7Ghz I get no errors.

Is there something that I'm doing wrong? any help would be appreciated.

Which version of prime 95 are you using?

Ran Prime 26.6 overnight @ 4.8 fully stable, but no matter what I try System will freeze after about 2-5 mins @ 4.9 running prime.
OC must have put the wrong cpu in the box or it wasn't tested fully.

How does OC check or test binned cpu's?
