Overclocked Bundle Issue

Last year I bought an overclocked bundle, Today I have had to purchase a new SSD and reinstall windows and for some reason my system is no longer Overclocked.

It was the " ReAct MSI Z97" Intel Core i7 4790K @ 4.5GHz Configurable Pro Gaming Bundle

Can anyone help with getting it back up to speed please.
