Overclocked Bundle keeps defaulting

I bought the i3 ~4ghz bundle last year and when I build it had the default clock settings. I had to go into the BIOS and set the overclockers profile but after a while of turning it on it just defaulted back to the original settings.

The temps are fine running at about 30 something, even tried putting the voltage up a bit but that did nothing. I did return it last year to OC but had a bit of trouble when they sent it back so never bothered again.

Is there anything i can do to make it stay at the Overclocked settings?
 
Could be a unstable overclock, I assume your saving the BIOS when exiting - If you don't mind me asking :)
 
I certainly am i see the clock settings @4ghz as it comes on POST. But as i shutdown and roboot a few times it will just go back to the default settings :(

I thought overclockers test the systems before they bundle them why did i get the bad one
