Overclocked bundle question

Hi, I'm thinking of purchasing an overclocked bundle to upgrade my FSX rig. Can someone explain the difference between an overclocked i7 920 D0 2.66 GHz at 4.00GHz and an i7 930 2.8 GHz at 4GHz. Also considering a Geforce Nvidia 470 graphics card, will I get that little lot into an Antec 900 case?

There wont be any difference in cpu speeds as its the same clock speed, and im not sure on the size of a GTX 470 but i think there big and hot! so i would suggest maybe a bigger case with better cooling eg Antec 902, Coolermaster HAF 932.
