Hey just wondering should I buy a overclocked bundle or is it
easier and cheaper to just buy the seperate components and overcloclock myself??
One of the reasons is that I would like to color code my RAM with everything else:)

you save about 40 quid doing it yourself, or 60 quid if you buy the same mobo they use... but with the Asrock Z68 extreme 4 gen 3, it's dead easy to OC anyway, so there you go

mind you i dont need the cooler cause i've already got that.

Go with the bundle, you will get a cpu that will reach 4.6GHz (or whatever speed the bundle is at). Last time I got the q6600 without the bundle and it was a crap overclocker at just 3GHz. If you just buy the parts you have to get lucky. With overclockers bundle just tweek the volts abit and you are good to go.

unless you get a good MOBO, then OC is automatic.... or just put a thread up here to fine tune it, if you want to go from 4.6 to 5.

at 5 they seem to be unstable, i read this quite often so 4.7 might be better, especially if you are only on 1080p
