Hi,

I submitted a forum post before on the pc I would like to get, unfortunately I couldn't get in on the this week offer for the i7 930, I was just wondering if anyone can tell me the difference between these 2 bundles and if it is worth me spending an extra 100 quid on it.

My objectives for my studies is to set up clients using virtual machines while learning how to configure windows 7, I will be testing and using active directory later on in my course too, I am doing the MCITP desktop, server and enterprise administrator so I need a sub-powerful pc to practise on.

Thanks :)

Well the difference between the two is obviously the motherboard and the RAM.The 930 bundle has a better mobo with USB 3.0,SATA 3 and an extra PCI-E slot while the 920 bundle has a low end mobo but has better RAM(lower timings).IMO you should go for the 930 bundle because of the better mobo.
