Overclocked cpu bundle not overclocked

A mate of mind purchased a PC from OCUK a little while ago and he selected the option to have his CPU overclocked to 4ghz.

The cpu hasnt actually been overclocked and it is at stock shown here by this screenshot.

just wondering what, if anything can be done.

Its running with speedstep, which lowers the multiplier, if he does something intensive, it will jump up to 20x200 or 21x191 or whatever.

Edit, saying that, the Bus frequency is at 134mhz.

Can you check the bios to make sure that the profile has been loaded in the bios? Heard that they can unload themselves somehow.

Run a very cpu intensive task and it will go to full 4ghz

Do the same whilst orthos or prime (or any other stress program) is running and I bet it will speed up under load.

Check if there's a profile saved in your BIOS settings first, if not then contact them.

Go into BIOS and disable C1E and then C3/C6/C7 Support if you really want to run at full Overclocked speed all of the time
