• Competitor rules

Please remember that any mention of competitors, hinting at competitors or offering to provide details of competitors will result in an account suspension. The full rules can be found under the 'Terms and Rules' link in the bottom right corner of your screen. Just don't mention competitors in any way, shape or form and you'll be OK.

overclocked cpu slowed down?

Somewhere along the the line it looks like your overclock has failed, or you've cleared the CMOS, and the BIOS has reverted to default settings.

If you bought it pre-overclocked there may be a saved profile in the BIOS you can load.

Go into the BIOS by pressing the "Del" key during the POST process (before Windows starts to load).

While on the main BIOS screen press F12 and you should be given a list of any stored profiles.

Load the one which OcUK put there and then press F10 to save and exit.

You're welcome.

Keep an eye on it now.

If it reverts back to stock speeds again then it suggests there's something not quite right with the overclock so you'll probably want to speak to OcUK about it.
