Overclocked CPU temps

I have overclocked my E8400 to 4.05Ghz with a TPower I-45 and 4gb XMS2 800Mhz ram. This is housed in an Antec 300 with 2 intakes and the stock exhausts on medium setting and I have a Titan Fenrir on the CPU (exhausting out the top).

To get the overclock I have done the following:
Multi - 9
FSB - 450
Ram - 900
Vcore - +0.025 = 1.33ish

My idle temps at average room temps are 42c on Core0 and 35 on Core1. After 9 hrs of Prime small FFT the temps got to 49c on both.

So here are my questions:
1. Is it normal to have such a difference between the two cores at idle?
2. Do my temps seem fine to you guys? I know they are a reasonable level but I expected a higher temp during Prime.

Thanks

So I ran Prime95 Blend test and it only lasted 1 hr 10mins until it found an error. What would you recommend from here? I'm guessing it will definately be the ram that caused it as it ran for 9hrs on the Small FFT test?

@bifday2k - on your screenshot of Speedfan, it displays your VChipset as 1.27v which I understand to be the NB voltage. I updates my version to 4.40 and it says my VChipset is only 0.04v? This was even after I upped the NB Volts in my BIOS by 0.025. What am I doing wrong? :)

Is it ok to posy pics from PhotoBucket here? If so, I will show you my readings.

Ok so I currently have it at:

4.05Ghz, Multi x 9, vCore + 0.025, NB volts +0.025 (BIOS reads NB as 1.224)

Pic will be comming soon :)

Thanks for all the help. I just ran blend again on the settings I posted today and it only ran for 10mins as opposed to the 1hr 10mins before. I will up the FSB one notch now and see how it goes with blend.

Will also DL Intel burn and see how it goes depending on the next step.
