overclocked cpu

hey guys im building a new pc for myself just got a few questions and your help would be gratefully appreciated.

1 how hard is it to overclock?
so do I buy a overclocked bundle or buy the components separate and do it myself?

2 im going to have an i5 cpu overclocked and a midrange graphics card what kind of power supply should I be looking for? i.e. what kind of power?

sorry just keen as mustard to get started lol
well heres a rough idea

cpu -intel i5 3570k ivybridge
unsure on what heatsink to use
about a 2gb graphics card
will be running 4 fans in case
1 tb hard drive and a ssd
sound card

oh and unsure what ram id need as will be overclocking at some point so want to get the most out of the system chers
