Had this "problem" for awhile asking you guys because I'm all out of idea's.

2500k @ 4.5ghz 1.35v
16gb xms3 1600 ram 1.5v
msi p67a-gd65
Gtx 780
Corsair GS800

Temps are not an issue doesn't go over 65c.

I've only been having this issue since I raised my OC to 4.5 from 4ghz. It works perfectly fine I can play games, render videos and run stresstest software with no issues.

Prime95 no problems.
Memtest no problems.

Not once a week whilst on youtube or on the internet and sometimes whilst playing games my pc will BSOD.

I've increased the vcore by 1 step about 5 times now but it doesn't seem to be voltage related, reason I'm asking for help now is because its BSOD 3 times today whilst playing BF4.

Any Idea's?

Any bsod code?

Try with touch more CPU imc voltage, raise it from stock 1.05v to 1.08v or 1.10v,might be called vccsa or vccio

Yh it means not enough CPU voltage

If it still crashes with that code after few clicks more CPU v try touch more CPU imc voltage like I posted above

I'm no expert but if there wasn't enough juice for the cpu wouldn't it fall over when running IBT or P95?

I've upped the vcore a bit more.

Yh but gaming might stress CPU differently,it still could be CPU imc/vtt voltage not enough

124 error can be firstly CPU v secondly CPU imc voltage not enough, esp with 16gb,stock will be 1.05v

Different things stress the CPU in different ways. It's not uncommon to have a "prime stable OC" that crashes in games.
