I have an Intel i5 2500k which I have overclocked to 4.5ghz just by changing the multiplier up to x45.
Everything seems fine but nothing seems to think it is 4.5ghz. Windows tells me it's still running at 3.3ghz, Orthos does the same thing as well with PC Wizard. However Cpu-z tells me it's running at 4.5ghz.
Should I just assume it is running correctly at 4.5ghz? Even then is there a reason everything is telling me it's still running at 3.3ghz and not 4.5?
