overclocked my cpu but lost memory mhz ??

hey,
i overclocked my amd athlon 64 x2 5000+ from 2.6ghz stock to 3.12ghz (stable)

my fsb is 240.00mhz,
multiplier is 13.0x,
and ht link is at 1200mhz.

but ive noticed that my ddr2 pc6400 ram (which is meant to run at least 400mhz x 2 = 800mhz) is only running at 390.0mhz, now i know its not a huge difference but surely if i overclocked my memory frequency should have risen?

i think upto about 3.0ghz it goes upto about 440mhz but then drops to 390, can anyone explain to me whats going on?

You probably have a lot of settings on 'auto' and it's changing your dram settings

I guess it's on auto and changes the RAM divider when you get to a certain level on the fsb?

cracked it, got all my voltages on auto ...

now i got my cpu at 3148.2mhz
my fsb is 242.2mhz,
multiplier is 13.0x,
and ht link is at 1211mhzbut best of all my memory is running at 449.8mhz so 900mhz ram now instead of 800mhz woop
