Hey guys so i've had a overclocked profile from OCuk and now I can't seem to switch out of the overclock, i've tried loading from another and making a new one but it's still at 4.5ghz, any ideas on how to go back to stock(3.3ghz) I don't want it overclocked all the time.

cpu- core i5 2500k
mobo- asus p8z68-v

Do you mean that it's not kicking down to 1.6GHz when idling? There's an option in your bios to enable/disable speedstep - make sure it's enabled for starters :)

As for dropping it back to 3.3... don't worry? If speedstep IS taking it down to 1.6 under low/idle loads, then you're only getting full speed when you need it anyway.

yeah it's swapping between 1.6 and 4.5, so I shouldn't worry then?
