overclocked system at 12gb

Hello,

I bought one of the i920 4ghz/6gb overclock systems last summer, does anyone know how much of the overclock i can expect to lose if i upgrade it to 12gb ram?

It all depends on the strength of your CPU's IMC. And as each CPU is unique there is no definitive answer that would be of much help to you. What is your current overclock? If 4 GHz which is quite low then there should be no loss of overclock with your extra ram. Always assuming you are adding ram that is the same as what is currently in your system.
