overclocker E6750 with stock cooler

hi guys,

whats a safe speed to take the e6750 to with a stock intel cooler? i've got a abit ip35 (not pro)

what do i need to change in the bios to do this ??

there is no such safe speed, you really have to base it on temps mate. most you will probs get is 3.2ghz tops iirc
