Overclockers Builds

Well I think the standard build times are around 7 days, if you order each component individually today you can get them delivered tomorrow. So that is a bonus, also the overall cost will be cheaper as mentioned.

Depends on how proficient you are at building a system. It's pretty easy if you are going for a standard build, with WCing etc it gets harder.

I has OCUK build me a new rendering pc using an overlcocked bundle.
It came all spot on, very tidy cable management and with min of 1 year warranty.
I pretty much ordered the same spec again last week and built it myself. For one reason or another it took me longer that it would for a regular build and my cable management is nowhere near as good as the OCUK build.
If i buy more then i'l let OCUK do it for the extra mulla and less hassle for me.
Price v time/hassle i guess.

I want a proper good gaming machine and want it quiet. So I was thinking water cooled. My previous builds in past were not very tidy. Water cooling alone scares me. I want a high end gaming machine. Suitable for 4k aswell.

I have 4x case fans running at 800rpm, thermis direct contact cpu cooler, EVGA G2 650W PSU and my GPU fan doesn't spin up when idle. I can't hear my PC at all in my Antec P182 and when gaming I can just about hear a little something, which will be the GPU. GPU load temps are 60c for my 960 GTX, and my 4690k (not clocked) is 56c when gaming.

I already had my case, fans, hdd's (inc SSD), OS and monitors from my previous build. Everything else in my sig was £635 at the time.
