overclockers bundle ram cas latency ??

hi
i have the 4ghz overclockers bundle and it has Kingston HyperX 6GB (3x2GB) Intel XMP DDR3 12800C9 1600MHz Tri-Channel Kit (KHX12800D3K3/6GX)installed even though the bundle supposed to come with OCZ ram .
well in the bios it is set to 9-9-9-28 but the kingstone and overclockers websites have it at 9-9-9-27 .
does this make any difference ?

you can try it at 27

to be honest it might go down further but i seriously doubt it will make any difference whatsoever

we run those settings so that the overclock works with the various types of memory we use
